But no Hope for Emily
X Factor winners Leon Jackson and Leona Lewis sit on top of the UK Christmas music charts. But Leon has reportedly split with Emily Biggs, the blonde from Hope.
Leon Jackson has the UK's Christmas number one single, while the 2006 winner, Leona Lewis, the 2006 X Factor winner, is still top of the album chart with her debut album, Spirit.
Leon's single When You Believe tipped What a Wonderful World by Eva Cassidy and Katie Melua into second place.
Leon sold 276,000 copies of When You Believe, the highest weekly total for any track released in 2007 and five times as many as What a Wonderful World. When You Believe sold more copies than the rest of the top ten put together.
Shayne Ward, the 2005 X Factor winner sold 742,000 copies of his debut single to earn the Christmas number one slot while Leona Lewis managed 571,000 compared to Leon's 276,000.
"It's been a great ending to a fantastic year and it's just the best Christmas present I could ever wish for," Leon said.
Dannii Minogue, Leon's mentor during The X Factor, said: "It's amazing to have been a part of 'The Leon King's' success story.
"He totally deserves this Christmas number one as the nation have been with him every step of the way since we fell in love with him at his first X Factor audition.
"It's been a pleasure to nurture Leon's raw talent and I know he will deliver a debut album we will all be proud of."
Fellow X Factor judge Simon Cowell added "I'm absolutely thrilled for Leon, what a fantastic Christmas present. He will have a terrific year next year."
Leona Lewis also took the number three spot in the singles chart with Bleeding Love - and another X Factor winner, Shayne Ward took the number seven spot in the album chart.
Emily Biggs, Leon's love interest dring this year's series of The X Factor, has been dumped.
The UK's newest pop star said: “I don't think I'm going to get distracted with a lady companion. There's no time for nothing like that. Any time you get off you just need to sleep.”
