Rhona considers quitting the show
Rhona was appointed camp leader on the first Friday. Phew! She issued her orders: "I have to stress that drinking water is essential, especially you two (indicating Darren and Tara). You are going to drink six to eight bottles of water each, and announce to us when you've drunk a bottle."
She told Nigel: "Why don’t you go and read your bible? In fact, why don’t you fuck off and leave? That would be nice."
Then, after continuing in her efforts to upset everyone in the camp, she was near to quitting the show.
"Now the animal trap is appealing," she says.
She then spent the night in the bush telegraph post, a sort of bush diary room, to get out of the camp for a while - and away from the others.
On the Saturday she came back to the camp but was just as irritating as before.
Tara offered to give her a pedicure as a peace offering and that made Darren angry - so Darren and Tara had another tiff.
The bush tucker trial
Christine was so upset at the thought of Rhona being buried alive that she burst into tears.
Tara was not quite so concerned: "I say bury her there and leave her there this morning."
Rhona the Moaner was not laughing as she went off for the third bush tucker trial.
"Do you feel under pressure?"
"I do."
Rhona was told she would have to stay in the darkness for sixteen minutes to win eight meals - and then the animal trap was closed.
"I'll never complain about anything again," promised Rhona.
"Oh, something fell on me!" she screamed. "There's something on my foot. What's that?"
Then a human hand emerged from a secret hideaway and it brushed against Rhona. Someone else had been down there much longer than Rhona! That was cheating surely, ITV, but it sure did scare Rhona.
That was enough: "I'm a celebrity, get me out of here!" Rhona had won six meals.
Rhona the moaner
Rhona moaned in the camp about:
Rhona's rant
"Sometimes I’m patronising. Sometimes I’m sarcastic. Sometimes he’s (Nigel’s) hot-headed. Sometimes Nell says nothing. Sometimes Uri dramatises little things like farts like he’s an alien who’s never seen one before.
"Sometimes Tony misses things because he’s slightly slower. Sometimes Tara is like a child who’s never been able to make a cup of tea. Sometimes, sometimes we are all like that, OK? That’s life, that’s personalities.
"Don’t push me too far because I am very fucking articulate."
Rhona's fart
Uri reacted: "That was an authentic fart. Right? You just farted to ten million people."
Rhona repeats the exercise.
Nell can't keep still for laughing.
Uri demands: "Do it again. You gotta do it again." He unclips his microphone which then approaches Rhona's bum in order to improve the audio quality for the TV viewers. "Come on, do it again!"
Rhona replies: "I can't. There's none left. I'm not that Frenchman."
Uri doesn't give up: "Do you have a little one for us?"
Rhona thinks about the TV show to be broadcast later in the day and says: "My mum'll be absolutely mortified."
Rhona's ITV1 quiz show
Rhona Cameron hosted an ITV1 quiz called Russian Roulette.
The first episode reunited Rhona with Darren Day and Tara Palmer-Tomkinson, both fellow contestants from I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here. Suranne Jones was also a contestant.
In the quiz, the contestants stood over a trapdoor and answered general knowledge questions. The unlucky contestants who did not answer enough questions correctly fell through the trapdoor. The last person standing won money for charity.
Rhona the comedian
Rhona co-wrote and starred in sitcom Rhona for BBC2. She played the part of Rhona. The series was about the life of lesbian Rhona and her friends Lisa and Geoff and was the first UK sitcom to have a lesbian as the lead character.
The show was chiefly set in Rhona's fictional flat and in a cafe attached to an arts cinema.
Rhona invited comparison with US sitcom Ellen. But Rhona Cameron said her sexuality was 'not the point of the show'.
Rhona is from Musselburgh near Edinburgh and has known she was gay for as long as she can remember. She doesn't think she ever really had to come out to anyone. 'I was always that way and so I didn't have to tell everyone I gay. They were used to it.'
Rhona has made numerous appearances on TV, including Have I Got New For You, The Stand Up Show, Never Mind The Buzzcocks and Saturday Live. She has co-hosted four series of BBC2's pioneering Gaytime TV and also presented Top Of The Pops - although she's over thirty.
Other recent appearances include Ruby Wax Stripped and The Jackie Mason Show. She has also co-presented Funny Bones with Jimmy Tarbuck for BBC Radio 4 and in the corporate sector, hosted the BAFTA Interactive Awards at the Royal Lancaster.
