Saluting Lt. Wales -- Prince Harry's military promotion

Having completed 2 years of service Prince Harry (or Cornet Wales as he's known in the Blues and Royals) has been promoted to the rank of lieutenant. Perks of his new position include a pay raise and, even better, big brother William has to salute him!
