Popstars: The Rivals - Kimberley Walsh in Girls Aloud

Pete Waterman visited Kimberley, 20, to tell her that she had not made it to the final ten. She was gutted.

But then one of the ten who had made it - Hazel - was found out to be too old under the show’s rules and was booted out.

Louis then went to her house and was able to tell her that she was able to go through to the final ten.

Afterwards Kimberley said: “Louis came to my house and pretended he just wanted to do an interview about how I felt about losing out.

"Then he told me not to audition for anything else as I was back in. I couldn’t believe it. I started screaming and crying with joy.

"My whole family were screaming: ‘Yes, Yes’.”
