I'm a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here! - Tabletop Terror

Tonight's Bushtucker Trial was especially vital on a day where they had virtually no food left in camp except a few beans.

J was selected for Tabletop Terror which saw him facing 5 tables which each had a dome on them filled with critters and a star which he had to detach with his mouth. J would not know what was in each dome until his head was in it!

The first dome contained grasshoppers and millipedes, he got the star easily; the second had stick insects and leaf mimics in and again he got the star straight away with no fuss. He faced spiders in the third dome and once again got the star easily! The fourth dome contained snakes and yes, you guessed it, he got the star with no problem at all. The final dome contained a very large monitor lizard who was actually sitting on the place that J needed to put his head through! Despite a bit of hissing from the lizard he once again managed to get the star with the minimum of fuss. So five meals for camp, well done J!

Cerys and Gemma went for the Celebrity Chest today and had to relay water in buckets (with holes in!) from tree to tree to pour it into a barrel and make a key rise to the top. If it wasn't bad enough that the buckets had holes in they were also attached to trees with chains of varying lengths making it even more difficult.

Gemma came up with a plan of putting leaves in the buckets to stop the water leaking out too quickly and when things were still progressing too slowly for them Cerys suggested them putting stones in the barrel to help push the key to the top faster.

They managed to get the key and also got the question correct so, despite their cheating, won some cheese pasties for the group.

They also had a maths test to try to win a chocolate cake but they ran out of time and some cockroaches got the treat instead!
