Kate says William is more important then charity workIf anyone was looking forward to watching Kate Middleton row a dragon boat across the English Channel next month, I'm afraid you'll have to wait. The Daily Mail reported that Kate was part of an all women team planning to row the channel in a dragon boat for the Babes in Arms charity, which raises money to fund research into sudden infant death syndrome (aka 'cot death'). Apparently though, Kate has had a change of heart, deeming her relationship with William more important then training for the event. The Daily Mail reported today that Kate has decided to pull out of the event, in order to focus on rebuilding their relationship. A 'friend' told the Daily Mail, "Everyone is really disappointed that Kate has had to pull out but she has decided she has to concentrate on her future. She really doesn't need any other distractions. She needs time with William and he is her main focus. At the moment, they are trying to work things through. They both know that if they formally get back together it will be the real thing and there is no going back. It's a big decision for them but they are very much in love and want to be together." I'm glad to see she has her priorities in order. |
