Big Brother 8 - Breaking news! - Emily Parr evicted over Racism

Breaking news from the Big brother house is that 19 year old drama student Emily Parr has been evicted for racism directed at Charley.

She was called to the diary room at approxiamtely 3am and the live transmission was cut several atimes during the night.

This morning Lesley read out a letter from BB to the remaining contestants confirming this, and the remaining housemates have been busy packing Emily's belongings.

Emily had been nominated for eviction alongside Shabnam this week. Voting has been suspended but what will happen for the first eviction on Friday?

Channel 4 confirmed Emily's eviction and Angela Jain, who heads the channel's Big Brother commissioning team, said in a statement: "She understands why her involvement in Big Brother has had to come to an end, and she very much regrets what she said."
