Monégasque Royals in full gear for the summer

The most celebrated and celeb-haven event, the 2007 Grand Prix Race, is where Monaco's royal family gathers every year. Prince Albert, Princess Caroline and her children, the Casiraghi Trio (as they’ve been coined by royal watchers) came out with friends and prospective dates. We also saw the return of South African beauty, Charlene Wittstock, beside Albert for the fashion show and evening gala in honor of the most exciting sport that takes place every summer on the streets of Monte Carlo.

Princess Caroline was in her usual role officially accompanying her brother to host the actual race and hand out the awards to winners, Fernando Alonso and teammate Lewis Hamilton who came first and second respectfully. With the exception of playboy Pierre Casiraghi, her youngest son who loves to mingle with the participants and Grand Prix Race sponsors, both Andrea and Charlotte were in their private box watching the race with friends.

Andrea, who looked sickly, brought his girlfriend, Colombian heiress Tatiana Domingo, while Charlotte was seen with the grandson of notorious real estate and gambling billionaire, Alex “black jack” Dellal . Alex Dellal is a former model who dated Elizabeth Jagger and had his eye on Charlotte for years. It’s only when his younger sister, Alice started dating Pierre that he had the opportunity to meet her.

Whether this is merely summer love remains to be seen, since the Dellal crowd are well connected in the London scene and intend to increase their public profile in the future.
