Big Brother refuses to hand recordings to police

The Sun reports today that TV bosses have refused to hand over recordings of Celebrity Big Brother without a court order.

Hertfordshire police will now have to ask a magistrate to give them a warrant. They will then have to sift through weeks of recordings to determine if laws on racism were broken in Celebrity Big Brother.

Police have also had difficulty in arranging a meeting with Jade Goody and Jackiey Budden - so the investigation is taking longer than expected.
