The Sun reports today that Shilpa Shetty has now said that the bullying she received in the Big Brother House was racist. In her intervioew with Davina McCall on Sunday she said that Jade herself was not a racist.

Shilpa told The Sun: “I know at that point of time I perceived it as racist and I’m not trying to make any statements to retract from what I said.”

The Daily Mirror showed Shilpa VT of the three Big Brother bullies taunting her and the insults behind her back. Shilpa told them: "I didn't know all that had gone on. They are so mean. Why didn't someone stop them? It hurts me deeply. Look at me. I am shaking."

The Daily Mail says Shilpa could make millions as a result of her Big Brother experience. The paper says her aides have already fielded more than 300 offers of work from advertising agencies, film and documentary producers, book publishers, modelling agencies and record labels.

Shilpa's first British interviews have already collected £300,000. A further £200,000 is being negotiated for worldwide media interviews to take place within the next week.

It adds that Shilpa's mum has an even bigger prize in sight for her daughter: a wedding with a rich Indian magnate from the United Kingdom.

However, the news is not so good for Jade. The Sun reports that she broke down after seeing Jack on TV impersonating her in a recreation of the Oxo cube row. It says she has now checked into The Priory for medical treatment.
