Dancing on Ice Week 3 - Samantha Mumba is voted out of the competition

Tonight's results show revealed that eight out of the ten remaining couples were safely through to next week's show. The two couples scoring lowest after combining the judges' score and the public vote were Samantha Mumba and her partner, Pavel and Steve Backley with his partner Victoria.

All five judges voted to save Steve after he put in a vastly-improved performance in the skate-off, pulling out all the stops. Samantha may be quite relieved by the decision as she was clearly suffering from a niggling hamstring injury which could well cause more problems were she to continue skating.
