Robert Kilroy-Silk last night became the first casualty of the public vote and was evicted from the jungle. The vote was reportedly very close between him and Brian Paddick but in the end it was Robert who gained the fewest votes and had to leave.
In what I thought was a rather unfair move there had been several mini-challenges over the past few days resulting in six people winning immunity, leaving only six to face the public vote. The vote was further distorted by it being a vote to keep rather than a vote to evict. One person having immunity is fine, even two, but six is far too many and unfair both on the six who have to face the eviction vote and on the voting public.
