I'm a Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here! 3 - John Lydon

John walks out

John walked out of I'm a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here! on the final Thursday.

He hugged and kissed his amazed fellow contestants before walking out of the jungle set just before 3am UK time.

"I suspect - and I'm not being arrogant - that I'd win it outright," boasted John. "I don't see any competition around."

Jennie said: "It's what an anarchist should do!"

Johnny's Trial

John Lydon's bush tucker trial was inside an ostrich enclosure. He was pecked by the 12 hungry ostriches after being covered in treacle and birdseed.

"I just don't like lazy people. I don't like carrying dead weight. I don't. That's coming across now really, really strongly. It's a good for nothing waste of time at the moment.

"Make her get up and do something. Give her a poke like she deserves. It's not right. She's dragging it all down to silliness. Much more of that and I'm walking, I'm telling you. I'm not here to support that kind of crap.

"I'm here to have a laugh with some good people. She can't even wash a tea cup without the effort of it all. And it eats and it's non-stop."

John the celebrity

John Lydon claims to be opposed to the cult of celebrity but lived in Los Angeles before agreeing to appear in I'm a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here!.

He says: "I despise stars,” and appeared in theshow with a group of minor celebrities.

He told Ant and Dec that he had not complained about the camp rations - but did so just like the others. He once stomped off because his tea was not brewed to his taste.
