Prince William and Prince Harry's Weekend Stag Party for Royal Cousin Peter Phillips

Princes Wills and Hazza gave royal cousin Peter Phillips a 72 hour stag do that was a 'bit of all 'Wight'.

The festivities were kicked off Friday 11th April. The stag party boarded a ferry from Southampton to Cowes on the Isle of Wight. Reportedly as fellow passengers watched in amazement, Peter was made to swap his clothing for a skintight white leotard, and then kneeled down to gulp lager from a hosepipe. What a way to start a party!

After disembarking the group headed to a cricket pitch. Prince William and Prince Harry met up with Peter Phillips, his sister Zara Phillip's longtime boyfriend Mike Tindall, and the rest of the group there shortly afterwards; William having come directly from RAF Cranwell, Lincs, where he received his pilot’s wings earlier that morning. I can't help but wonder if William flew himself and brother Harry to the party in a helicopter, now that he's received his wings?

The group of 15, all dressed in cricket whites, headed out on a pub crawl, stopping first at Lugleys restaurant for bottles of Becks and pints of Strongbow before moving on to the Anchor pub. Peter was given a string of drinking challenges, including carrying a child's doll for the entire weekend, or face downing an extra pint of hosepipe lager. He was inventive enough to stuff the doll down front of his boxer shorts, thereby leaving his hands free for drinking. William and Harry fit right in with the group of revelers, also wearing cricket whites with the nicknames 'Wills' and 'Hazza' - emblazoned on the back, and "Pedro's Cowes Tour 2008" on the front.

The group then moved on to the Painter's Arms pub, where local Sophie Bleak said:

“I was just sitting watching the band when Prince Harry came over holding a funnel and a pint of beer and said I had to have a drink. “He put the funnel in my mouth and began pouring lager down it — but after two gulps I had to give up. “He laughed, gave me a big hug and told me to have a good night. “It was incredible seeing those two guys in here out on the beer with just the ordinary locals. “Prince Harry and Prince William were as good as gold. "They drank until the music ended, then left with the police officers who were looking after them.”
Another drinker said: “The guys were having a good night out — dancing, chatting and stitching Peter up.”

And apparently the fun didn't end there. A source reports that at one point, after a couple of hours of heavy drinking, William and Harry were heard panicking because Peter was nowhere to be seen. Harry yelled: “Where the f*** is the stag? We’ve lost the f****** stag!” After a frantic search, Peter was found in a shop doorway.

The party then headed to the Rawlings Hotel and Members Club, where the stag party were believed to be staying. At 2am Wills and three friends went into a function room to play drinking games. They stood in a circle and the heir to the throne pulled down his trousers as part of a fine in their drinking game, and revealed a pair of royal blue boxers.

The party continued Saturday morning when the by now 23 strong group went to Cowes marina for a day of sailing. Once on board, Peter was forced to down a “hair of the dog” drink of beer mixed with vodka. His friends and family held him down as one drew a moustache and glasses on his face with a black marker pen.

On their second night, the party managed to get Peter into a purple lycra catsuit with red briefs over the top, and then they taped a pint glass to Peter's hand! This time most of the group, including Mike Tindall, wore polo shirts with the Pedro's Stag moniker across the front and their nicknames on the back. William and Harry also wore polo shirts with Wills and Hazza on the back and Pedro's Stag across the front.

One friend of the royals said: “They may all have been three sheets to the wind all weekend but it was all in good humour. “There wasn’t a hint of any trouble, it was just a great laugh.”

Peter is set to wed Autumn Kelly, 29, at St George’s Chapel at Windsor Castle on 17 May. When asked how he was coping with the weekend he joked: “I’m still alive.”

Harry was quoted to say as the bash drew to a close: “It’s been an awesome stag do — it will just take us a while to recover.”

Sounds to me like Peter and Wills and Hazza had a great time on the Isle of Wight.
