The Apprentice - BBC series 4

The two teams were mixed up once more and Helene led the newly reformed Renaissance team of Alex, Sara and Michael. Lucinda led a new Alpha, comprising of Lee, Claire and Raef.

Apprentice star Raef Bjayou faces a fine for not filing his annual Accounts for his import/export company Infinitate to Companies House on time.

Headless chickens

The Marrakech shopping task is an all-time classic episode of The Apprentice. Full marks to TalkBack Thames.

Helene Speight: In life I just wouldn't associate with these people. In business I would fire them.

The Apprentice scored another record audience last night when the candidates manufactured and sold ice cream. 7.4 million watched the episode in which Lindi Mngaza was fired by Sir Alan Sugar.

Frozen out

For the first time in this series both teams worked well together and left the bitchiness until they were fighting for their places in the boardroom.

Simon Smith, who was seen being fired by Sir Alan Sugar on The Apprentice last Thursday, has spoken about his 5 year addiction to cocaine and how he has managed to turn his life around.

After three weeks of same-sex groups, Alan Sugar decided to divide up the original teams. Team Renaissance now consists of Jenny, Sara, Claire, Simon, Alex and Michael, while Team Alpha is made up of Raef, Lee, Kevin, Helene, Lucinda and Jennifer.

After being brought back into the boardroom last week, Simon requested to be project manager for Renaissance, while Helene volunteered to lead Alpha.

As if getting fired from The Apprentice this week wasn't enough for Ian Stringer, it is reported he is now almost broke and faces losing everything. It certainly has been a week of news for Mr Stringer!
